Nigerian Navy arrests 3 oil thieves
Nigerian Navy operatives have arrested three suspected oil thieves with the Cotonou boat transporting unspecified amount of product suspected to be crude oil, Daily Post reports.

Director of Navy Information, Commodore Christian Ezekobe in a statement issued on September 26 saud that these three militant were arrested for suspected illegal oil bunkering.
They were nabbed with a 200HP speed boat transporting the sum of two million, six hundred and twenty two thousand, four hundred and fifty naira only (N2,622,450.00).
The suspected militants and cash have been handed over to officials of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps for further action.
In a related development, Fob Escravos under the maritime component of Ops Delta Safe on September 26 found a haven for illegal refining of stolen crude oil at Saghara creek in Warri South West LGA of Delta state.
The place had holding holes with huge volumes of suspected stolen crude oil as well as large volumes of lawfully refined product suspected to be Ago.
